The Safety Advisory Group (SAG) advised that certain elements like the stage show, “Diwali village”, and fireworks will be cancelled to reduce risks amid large crowds. However, Belgrave Road will still be closed for pedestrian access, the festive lights will shine, and the Wheel of Light is expected to return.
